1. Definitions used in this document

Personal data - any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Processing - any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data.

User - a natural person whose personal data is processed.

Child - a natural person under the age of 16.

We process your personal data in order to fulfil our legal obligations. We reserve the right to anonymise the personal data collected and to use this data. For all other personal data, the maximum retention period is 36 months, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR.

We do not and will never share your personal data with foreign countries that are not recognised as compliant with the RGPD by the CNIL (see country map). Your personal data is in some cases transmitted to our trusted partners in order to satisfy the uses described in the previous section ("5. How we use your data").

The data you send us via the email address on the website will never be communicated to any third parties whatsoever.

However, we use services that may automatically collect information about you (IP address, page visited, time of visit, etc.) via cookies. These services are detailed above (see section "4. The data we collect").

You may object to this collection if you wish (see section "9. Cookies and other technologies we use").

We only work with processing partners who are able to ensure an adequate level of protection for your personal data. We disclose your personal data to third parties or state institutions only when we are legally obliged to do so. We may disclose your personal data to a third party only if you have given your consent or if a valid legal reason has been provided to us.

We do our best to keep your personal data secure. We use the HTTPS security protocol for communication and data transfer between your browser and the website server. We use anonymisation and pseudonymisation where appropriate. We monitor our systems to keep them up to date in order to limit vulnerabilities that could allow malicious attacks.

Although we do our best, we cannot guarantee the security of information. However, we undertake to inform the appropriate authorities of data breaches. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests. We will do everything we reasonably can to prevent security breaches of your personal data and to assist the authorities with any breach that may occur.

We do not intend to voluntarily collect personal information from minors. We do not target children with our services.

To obtain information about visits to our website, we use the Matomo statistics tool. Unlike the main audience measurement tools (such as Google Analytics), Matomo anonymises all visit data, which means that we do not collect any personal data. What's more, this anonymised data is stored securely in France. Using Matomo means that your privacy is automatically respected, without you having to refuse cookies when you open the website.

For your information, you can delete all cookies stored on your computer via your browser settings.
