Facing due east, the vines benefit from the rising sun. They grow on a terroir of a clay and limestone mixture developed by the monks of Cluny. Avoidance of weedkiller and modest yields characterize these authentic wines produced from the varietals : Pinot Noir, Gamay and Chardonnay.
